Backdrop: The booth is set with a backdrop of red and white drapery panels. The white is in the center. It will be 8’ high and 10’ wide.
Sides: The sides of the booth have red drapery panels that extend from the back of the booth to the aisle and are 3’ high.
Corners: If you have a corner booth, you have the option of using the 3’ high side drape on both sides. The show decorator generally does not place this side drape on corners, but you can request that we put one there. If you have a corner booth, you will probably want the public to enter from the aisle side as well as the front.
Bring your own display: You may bring your own display to set within our rod and drapes. Most exhibitors have their own method of displaying with shelving, grids, lattice, solid walls, furniture pieces, etc. Tent frames usually set easily within our 10 x 10 booth space. Covering your tent frame will require approval from the Show Management.
It is important to decorate your booth to create an inviting, attractive atmosphere which will draw customers in. You may want to consider additional lighting to highlight your product.
Carpet or Floor Covering: We ask that you carpet your booth space or bring in an attractive floor covering to add to the appearance of your booth. This is required unless you are a concessionaire. You may bring your own or rent from the show decorator. The rental information will be mailed to you at least 30 days prior to the show along with the rental charges.
Signage: We will hang a sign in the center of the white drape of your backdrop. You should specify your company identification name for your sign on your booth application, if different from your company name. You may place your own signs or banners over this sign or place it in another location after you have located your space.
We do not allow you to use Sale signs, Blow-Out signs or Discount signs. This is not a flea market. You may say Show Special without markdown illustrations. Informational signs such as: We mail in time for Christmas; This is an award winning product, etc. will be accepted.
Professional Behavior: Please do not verbally pitch discounts. Dress professionally, uniformly if more than one person is working your booth. This will help customers to distinguish you from other shoppers. Engage shoppers to increase sales. Be ready to answer questions and smile.
We will always ask you how you want to set up your display as it relates to the sides of your booth. If you have chosen a booth without an assigned exhibitor next to you, your booth configuration will determine the side wall(s), your new neighbor will conform to your set up. Likewise, you will need to adjust to any neighbor pre-assigned to you.
Your booth configuration will be a factor in determining booth location. If you are a returning exhibitor this information will have to be reviewed again. You cannot assume that we will know what you want to do each year.
Show Management provides only an 8’ high backdrop and 3’ high side drapes to each vendor (See illustration). If you have Low Walls, this means that you will not have a display wall any higher than the 3’ high divider in the first 5’ from the front of your booth space. The back 5’ may be used to display a wall up to 8’. You are responsible for providing the materials necessary for your wall, such as shelving, grid, furniture, décor, etc. The low wall configurations on the below do not require approval from management.

Provided Low Wall Set-Up No-Approval Needed With Low Wall Set-Up
A High Wall means: that you are approved to display up to 8’ along the side(s) of your booth on out to the aisle. We do not supply high walls, only the 3’ pipe and drape divider. All high walls must be approved by your show manager (See examples below).
You may use lattice, solid walls, drapery, furniture, grids, shelving, etc. to build your wall. If you hang a display in the front half of your booth this will still be considered a high wall as it will block the view of your neighbor. The same would be true of an easel or anything that blocks the view of your neighbor.
Advantage of high walls: This gives you more display space and allows you to have more products in your booth. Some exhibitors want to keep their own identity more exclusive. If you need to hang your product, you often need the space along the sides to do so. You may decide to block off the back few feet of your booth for storage and use the front half for display.
Disadvantage of high walls: High walls can block the visibility to your booth from the aisle. Shoppers will have many displays competing for their attention. It only takes 6 seconds to walk in front of a 10’ booth entrance. With a high wall, a shopper will not see your products until they are directly in front of your booth. This is not a problem if you have more than one booth space.

Any wall displays must always be attractive on the backside. Your neighbor may not be displaying in a manner that will cover the back of your display. It is your responsibility to provide a covering for the back of your wall.
